Michael brings over 40 years of leadership in plastic medical device manufacturing, driving $10M growth through strategic marketing and Lean principles. He led the creation of a certified Class 8 cleanroom and prioritizes cost-effective, efficient operations.

Michael values collaboration across all levels, recognizing the expertise of frontline staff. He’s proud to lead a visionary team shaping BMP Medical’s future. Outside work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and most of all, cherishes his role as a grandfather.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at BMP Medical, John leads strategic initiatives to grow revenue and market share in the medical device industry. With over five years of experience in sales and program management, John excels in project oversight, contract negotiation, and customer satisfaction.

He also holds certifications in injection molding and leadership. Passionate about innovation and growth, he is committed to driving results and continuous improvement.

Rawleen is a seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience and 20+ years at BMP Medical. She excels in operational efficiency, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management, championing teamwork for customer satisfaction.

Proud that over half the staff has 10+ years of tenure, she sees this as a reflection of the company’s commitment to its people. Passionate about mentoring future leaders, Rawleen is also a proud Air Force veteran, mom, wife, and friend who eagerly awaits deer hunting season each fall.

Adora is a financial leader with proven success in managing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and company-wide financial planning projects. Known for improving profitability through KPI monitoring and budget process optimization, Adora brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

She has deep expertise in Hyperion, HFM, FDM, and Oracle, and excels at creating accurate, comprehensive budgets on time. Her strengths also include effective communication and delivering impactful financial presentations.

Jim has been a member of the BMP team for over 25 years. Starting his journey as the Warehouse Manager, before moving on to Purchasing and Planning, then Operations Manager, and ultimately General Manager. This has allowed him to learn many facets of the company and the medical device industry.

It has also enabled him to be sympathetic to the challenges that other members of the team may be encountering, and to have the experience to help solve them. When not at BMP, Jim enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, and performing and composing music.

Kyra has been with BMP Medical for over 12 years and plays a key role in achieving and maintaining ISO 13485 accreditation. Her experience as a Document Control Specialist, Scheduler, and lead auditor deepened her understanding of quality, production, and customer needs.

Now Operations Manager, she drives efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and team success with compassion and skill. Kyra also earned her business degree while working full-time. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, motorcycling, cooking, reading, and caring for her two dogs.

My position at BMP medical is to assist our Tool Room team with the diagnostics and repair of injection and blow mold tooling. The Tool Room team’s main function is to support BMP medical’s production team and our customers by providing scheduled preventative maintenance and any necessary repairs to keep our molds running at optimum performance.

We strive for constant improvement. Our mission is to provide an in-house, cost effective, and timely resource to meet our customer’s needs.

Jerry Hill joined BMP Medical in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in plastic manufacturing. His leadership roles and Six Sigma Black Belt certification have driven improvements in efficiency, OEE, and process optimization.

With a strong background in mechanical and plastic engineering, Jerry plays a key role in advancing innovation and quality at BMP Medical. Outside of work, he enjoys sports cars, travel, and spending time with his family—two daughters, a son, and a grandson.

Michael has been with BMP Medical for 3 years and has over 30 years of medical device manufacturing experience. This includes the roles of Tooling Engineer, Program Manager and Global Director of Program Management. Additionally, Michael started and managed a successful tool manufacturing company that was sold prior to him joining BMP Medical. Michael’s degree of experience in medical device manufacturing, validation, FDA and Regulatory requirements allows BMP Medical to consistently and successfully launch customer programs.

Michael and his wife of 30 years Mary enjoy golf and travel.

Known for driving business growth through collaboration, operational excellence, and mindset shifts, she has led high-performing teams and managed complex sales operations.

Hello, I “Michael Roy” am a seasoned quality and regulatory expert at BMP Medical, specializing in ISO 13485 compliance, GMP operations, and risk mitigation for medical device manufacturing. I bring extensive experience in supplier quality, metrology, process validation, and technical documentation to ensure product integrity and regulatory alignment.

I am also passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence, playing a key role in maintaining BMP Medical’s high standards for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all stages of production.
